The Oneday curriculum is split into Tiers, Modules, and Sprints.
- 🎓 Tiers: Tiers are the three main stages of your 18-month MBA journey.
- 📚 Modules: Modules cover specific subjects within each tier and are made up of sprints.
- ⚡ Sprints: Sprints are weekly segments within a module — each week brings a new theme and set of tasks.
🕰️ The Structure
Zooming out, the MBA lasts 18 months and is made up of three tiers, each containing a different number of modules.
-
In Tier 1, you will follow three 10-credit modules.
- In Tier 2, you will follow one 30-credit module.
-
In Tier 3, you will work across ten short 3-credit modules.
🗓️ Weekly Sprints
A sprint represents one week’s worth of work in the MBA. Each week, a new sprint theme and set of tasks will appear on your dashboard.
Every Monday, a new sprint will go live — you can click “View the sprint” or navigate using the left-hand sidebar.
What’s Inside a Sprint
A sprint page is made up of five parts:
-
Preparation for the squad – Masterclass videos
Each week, you’ll watch a short Masterclass introducing a new concept or framework. Be sure to watch before your squad session. -
Your squad meeting
This group session is led by your squad lead and includes founders at the same stage as you. You’ll reflect on the Masterclass, apply insights to your business, and align priorities for the week. -
Assignment or assessment
An assignment or assessment will typically be set each week. All assignments and assessments are now due every Wednesday at 11:59 PM PST. -
1-to-1 with your mentor
Each sprint includes a 30-minute one-to-one with your mentor. These sessions are focused on your business’s progress -
Further progress
Additional content is available each week.
Occasionally, you’ll have a mandatory reading, which will be clearly marked on the sprint page.
You cannot pass the module without completing all mandatory materials.
