What happens at the end of Tier 3?
In the last month of the programme you will receive an invitation to attend a briefing in the final few weeks of the programme. It is essential that you attend as your capstone assessment date and presentation date/time will be confirmed in the briefing.
What is the Capstone?
The Capstone, or ‘Pitch Deck Assessment’ is the summative assessment for the Tier 2 Capstone Project, carrying 25 of the 90 academic credits required to graduate. It is described in detail on the final assessment page in the Tier 2 Capstone module on the platform.
This final assessment is typically scheduled 5 weeks after the final sprint in Module 14. It provides founders with a stage to showcase their learning from the entire MBA programme. Founders will present an individual pitch deck, supported by a resource pack that acts as an appendices. The assessment will enable founders to tell the story of their businesses and their personal growth and development.
When will I know if I have graduated?
Your ability to graduate rests on a few conditions being met:
- A minimum average grade of 60%
- Registration to the Woolf platform (can be done anytime)
- Completion of all 14 modules (which includes adequate submission and workload records)
-
- Depending on your workload and submission record, there may be a short period of addressing any gaps before you receive your final grade
-
- Full payment for the programme
You will receive your degree certificate by mail, typically around 3-4 weeks after your Capstone assessment is complete. This estimate is subject to all of the above conditions being met for each of the 14 modules.
What are the workload and compliance requirements to pass each individual module?
- A pass rate of 60+%
- A minimum of two meetings
- Two peer-reviewed articles
- One assignment and one assessment submission
Can I get ongoing support from my mentor at the end of the programme?
Your final 121 of the MBA programme will be in the final sprint of Module 14. In the 5 week lead-in to your final assessment, your mentor will also offer you a 1-hour ‘dry-run’ to provide feedback ahead of the presentation.
Beyond the MBA, you will be presented with three packages of support from Oneday.
