To graduate from Oneday with an MBA, all founders are required to complete 2,250 hours of workload and earn 90 credits by successfully passing all modules. Each tier is worth 30 credits. Here's how it works:
Workload Requirements
- Tier 1 (750 hours, 30 credits): 3 modules, each worth 250 hours.
- Tier 2 (750 hours, 30 credits): 1 module, worth 750 hours.
- Tier 3 (750 hours, 30 credits): 10 modules, each worth 75 hours.
Ways to Build Workload:
- Submissions: Weekly assignments or assessments.
- Business Update Surveys: Quick updates reflecting your focus on your business each week.
- Meeting Attendance: Participation in one-on-one and squad meetings.
- Mandatory Reading: Typically 2 articles per module.
- General Content: Such as Oneday's Masterclasses available from the Sprint pages.
Credit Breakdown
- The full program totals 90 credits, with a minimum pass mark of 60% per module.
- Each tier contributes 30 credits to your overall total.
Assignments & Assessments
Assignments and assessments are both hyper-practical tasks that will help you build your business. To be clear, you will not be required to sit an assessment or write an essay!
- Assignments are designed to help you prioritize key tasks, such as learning about Customer Discovery and holding customer conversations.
- Assessments allow you to demonstrate your progress; for example, in Module 1, you'll present findings from your customer discovery work.
- Weekly assignments or assessments will be discussed during squad meetings and appear on your Oneday dashboard to-do list, with specific assessment criteria available for each.
