How to download a document. Accessing Google Docs, Slides or Sheets

Whenever you encounter a link to a Google Doc, Slide, or Sheet on our platform, click on the link to open the document.

Click "Make a Copy" to create your editable version of the document. This ensures that you can work on the document without altering the original.

To download this document – Click file – download – and save as PowerPoint or Word etc. See image below:
